Four rules. No exceptions.

You have to have cashed

One in-the-money finish in a poker tournament. Live or online, any buy-in, any country. A min-cash in a nightly counts exactly the same as a final table.
The cash has to be yours

Your name, your result. We check what you send us. If it doesn't hold up, the application doesn't either.
One seat per player

One membership, one account. Once you're verified you're in for good. You never have to prove it twice.
The gear stays in the Crew

Order for yourself. If someone wants a piece, tell them how to get one: go cash.

Anybody can buy a poker shirt. Nobody can buy this one. It gets earned at the table, one cash at a time.

What counts as a cash?

Any finish in the money in a poker tournament. Live or online, any buy-in, anywhere in the world. Cash-game wins don't count, because there's no result to verify.

What can I send as proof?

A link to the official results page, a player-database profile such as Hendon Mob, a photo of your payout slip, or a screenshot of the online result showing your screen name. Your name needs to be on it somewhere.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within a couple of days. You'll get an email either way.

Can I look around before I apply?

Yes. The whole collection is open to browse. Only verified members can add to cart and check out.

How is the gear made and shipped?

Every piece is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Allow about a week for your order to be made before it ships. You'll get tracking by email.

Is this a gambling site?

No. CashOut Crew is an apparel brand. We don't run games, take bets, or pay out anything.
